The USA Clay Target League is a high school (and now college) sports league where schools compete in different discplines of clay target shooting including skeet, trap, five stand and sporting clays.
Growing at an epic pace they needed more help to manage their training, scoring and marketing web sites and application. I was brought in as that help.
For 2 years I worked on their PHP/MySQL based scoring and training application, and their 40+ WordPress based network of web sites for marketing to different state high school leagues and divisions and college sports.
Their WordPress platform was very out of date so my first large task was to get them back to a current, secure platform and continued to keep it as such with weekly looks for available security or functionality updates with themes, plugins and core code.
The scoring application myself and my corworkers continued to improve functionality and speed up data queries for rostering applications and scoring leaderboards.
